A deep, dark hue, this intense cuvée has vibrant notes of cedar, eucalyptus, black pepper and plum. Silky tannins bring its powerful flavours to the generous finish characteristic of its Roquebrun terroir.
We de-stem and then soak the grapes for seven weeks, creating unctuous depth. After fermentation, the wine is matured on lees in Burgundy oak barrels for a full 42 months, perfecting its exceptional, long finish.
