A deep, dark hue, this intense cuvée has vibrant notes of cedar, eucalyptus, black pepper and plum. Silky tannins bring its powerful flavours to the generous finish characteristic of its Roquebrun terroir.
The grapes come from our best plots and are harvested at optimum maturity. They are destemmed and vinified traditionally. And followed by a post-fermentative maceration of 3 to 5 weeks. Aged for 22 months in new oak barrels from Burgundy
